21st Cruisins Ocean City Car Show, May 19-22

 

Take a trip over to Ocean City, MD May 19-22 to for all the fun and excitement of the 21st Annual Cruisin Ocean City Car Show. Thousands of Hot Rods, Classic Cars, Trucks, and Customs will be out on the streets of Ocean City.  There will be awards, a racing simulator, celebrity guests, vendors, auctions, show & dance, elvis mania, boardwalks parades, and lots of other fun activities and events.  It will quite an event, like all Ocean City car shows.

Hours:

  • Thursday, 9am-5pm
  • Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Saturday, 9am-5pm
  • Sunday, 10am-4pm

Admission Prices:

  • $10 General Admission
  • $30 Four day Pass
  • Children under 14 are Free!

Ocean City always has great car shows and this one should be no different.  So be sure to cruise over for the 21st Annual Cruisin Ocean City Car Show.

Spring Carlisle, April 27th – May 1st

Spring is officially upon us, and that means the season for car shows is just getting started.  For the gearhead, hot-rodder, car collector, tuner, and motorcyclist there is only one place to go during the Spring and Summer…. Carlisle, PA! The shows at Carlisle are like no other and people from all over the country (and other countries) go to attend the shows.  At the upcoming Spring Carlisle Collector Car Swap Meet & Corral there will be plenty of good motoring fun.  There will be vendors selling all sorts of parts, tools, equipment, accessories, and anything automotive.  There will be car auctions, people selling cars, swap meets, competitions etc.  To truly understand Carlisle…. you need to go there and experience it yourself!  Definitely put this on your calendar.

Spring Carlisle, the opening to the season, got started today is coming up. If you are a car guy or gal and have never been… you really must go.  You might even want to plan to go for more than one day.  To walk everything, as in the all the infields and manufactures midway,  it's about 15 miles.  Not an easy 15 miles of walking either as it's crowded with people.  You won't believe everything you will see and find.  Maybe I will see you there if I get a chance to go.

Import Face Off – Sunday, April 10th

 

Get ready for Import Face-Off this Sunday, April 10th, 2011 – 11am-6pm.  It will not just feature imports but also, domestics, lowriders, trucks, and bikes.  Happening at Capital Raceway (drag racing capital of the US!) it will be an awesome event with all types of gearhead fun.  There will be drag racing, a stereo contest, raffles and giveaways, live djs, and even a burnout competition. There will be many vendors there and local area shops. This year's show is bound to be a lot of fun. Be sure to put in on your calendar.

Ticket prices and Entry fees are:

  • $15 with a flyer (you printout the picture)
  • $17 if you forget it!
  • Kids 10 and under are Free.
  • Car entries are $25.
  • Test & Tune $25 (open to any make and model.)
  • Drag Racing $25 (only open to imports and sport compacts).
  • Burnount Contest Free
